When we looked at updating our phone system we wanted something that would accommodate growth and process changes easily. We also needed a system that would more fluidly tie our 20+ technicians in the field to our office in a way that made sense. The Cleod9 platform was the clear choice for us. Switching to a VoIP phone system is a big decision. The right VoIP provider can be a huge help to your business by increasing efficiency, productivity, and sales. The wrong VoIP provider can cause massive problems that lead to communications down-time, lost productivity, and lost income! I manage a large medical practice with multiple locations and our phones (communications) are extremely important to our success. I spent a great deal of time looking at different VoIP phone systems. I narrowed my options down to two companies, Cleod9 VoIP being one. I initially chose to go with other company due to the cost being slightly less than Cleod9. The "other company" promised the same level of functionality, features, service, and training; but they did not deliver. They took great care to train our employees, answer questions, and did not leave our office until everything worked exactly as they promised. Every aspect of their system works as they advertised. The system is also very easy to use, which is important if you operate a business in which not everyone is tech-savvy. We have been using Cleod9 for some time now and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a versatile VoIP phone system.
